HISTORY
SOS MEDICAL CENTER
was established at the end of 2007 in Egypt , Hurghada. Initially the company was called SOS Medical Center and was part of the same name of a network of medical centers that have successfully operated at the time in the city of Hurghada, and had branches in Hurghada hotels such as: Titanic Beach Spa & Aqua Park Titanic Aqua Rark Resort Titanic palace, Sahara Resort as well as, La Perla Hotel.
We initially declared itself as a clinic, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and ready to help in emergencies and the most difficult situations.
After years of work in the clinic has assisted a huge number of patients.
Many patients have many years of communicating with clinic’s staff and have become good friends.
In July 2011, founded the hospital (Thebes Hospital) in the city of Hurghada.
Each year, the number of foreign nationals in Egypt is increasing, therefore the idea of establishing hospitals, service-oriented foreign nationals coming to rest with the purpose of tourism, foreign experts, who are already in our town and in need of quality health care and of course the residents living in Hurghada.
The hospital opened its doors to foreign citizens demanding service and quality medical services.
At the head of the hospital is Dr. Hesham Hamed vast experience and certified specialist highest category.
The hospital has modern equipment, there is 16 beds ,in every inpatient room has bed head unit of oxygen and suction ,air condition , LCD television,telephone ,wi fi ,fridge ,private toilet , an cardiac care unit and intensive care unit, two operating theaters that allows the hospital to ensure their patients the level of surgical care, in no way inferior to the European one. Post operative recovery room ,emergency department , Radiology department ,modern laboratory.as well as outpatient clinics.
Today's development is dictated by the needs of Thebes Hospital our patients.
