24hour Department of Emergency Care – Medcare 24

On October, 15th, 2011 Thebes hospital opened its own unit of urgent and immediate help off-site – Medcare 24. This department was created for solving the problems of the patients who are in critical situation or in need of receiving urgent medical help at any area in Hurghada or closed cities
Services of Medcare24 include:
- Call of the first aid crew, and if necessary, hospitalization to the specialized public or private in-patient department of your choice; of immediate; of specialists, Express lab tests .

Wide range of laboratory tests, carried out in the laboratory of Thebes Hospital. The results are reported to the patient per phone or email within 24-28 hours from the time of sampling.

Diagnostic investigations at home – ECG, ultrasound of abdomen and pelvic

Transportation to remote areas as well as medical evacuation.
All the crews consist of doctors of higher categories, who have huge experience of delivering urgent medical care. The crews work 24/7 on the special ambulance vehicles equipped with the modern medical technological equipment and medications.
